What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
Assemble small precision components such as coils, transformers, and inductors.
Interpret and follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and production orders to ensure proper assembly processes.
Utilize hand tools, fixtures, adhesives, and measuring devices effectively and safely.
Conduct quality inspections of your work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Assist in product testing, troubleshooting, and final assembly processes as needed.

What We're Looking For: Key Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse work, or similar hands-on environments.
An eye for detail, paired with excellent manual dexterity for precision-based tasks.
Comfort with repetitive, methodical work requiring focus and consistency.
Ability to understand and follow written instructions and meet quality standards without compromise.
Reliability and a solid work ethic, with a commitment to showing up every day and doing your best.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills, products, and techniques.
